We booked two months in advance and when we arrived, we were unable to acvess the property according to directions. The owners were not contactable for too long of a time. We had already found snd paid for another location by the time they cintscted us. I felt they were very flippant. Also, there was no where in the booking that stated it was a shared bathroom. This only came to light in the check in documentation. With all the problems, i asked for a refund and have not received one. So disappointed in this location and Hotels.com
