Friendly staff, impeccably clean room, and beautiful facility. It was our last night in Lisbon and we wanted to stay near the airport. The room was very quiet, and the amenities made our last night in Portugal stress-free. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Portugal in the future

The phone in the room was off, one of the elevators was malfunctioning, and the restaurant menu was unimpressive and expensive, but the staff was very pleasant and apologetic for the problems in the hotel.

It is a good hotel, but must change the pillows, small and one per person!!!! Need new and bigger towels.

No pool

Really nice property. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are well maintained. Hlthe spa is so so but I'm not complaining since it wasn't a priority for us.

Everything was really good. The room, the bed was really comfortable. The best experience was definitely the staff. In the recepetion, restaurant and Spa/pool. I was a bit disappointed with the pool as i was hoping to be able to swim a bit, however the pool is not designed for sport swimming, but for relaxing. This i could have seen before paying for the entrance (which actually also suprised me, there was no info about extra cost).

Our room had black mold in the bathroom, covered by drinking glasses! There is no way staff shouldn’t have known if they are cleaning the bathroom sink. No ability to change the temperature in the room-the fan wouldn’t turn on, it was on heat at all times. Stifling and uncomfortable.

NO ALCOHOL HOTEL ! This should be made clear prior to taking a booking. Most guests would be expecting to be able to consume alcohol in an international Hotel. Taking a booking without informing of this fact is deceptive. Too late to find out once checked in ! Also difficult to get service e.g. we wanted an iron and were told we had to come down to reception and leave a cash deposit first ! Preposterous !
