Everything is perfect about my stay at Serena Hotel Peshawar. It’s my go to place whenever I visit Peshawar, Pakistan. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and I love almost everything about Serena Peshawar. They are doing a great job. Can’t wait to visit once again.

Serena Peshawar is in the middle of a long term refurbishment and we were give one of the new refurbished rooms and all I can say is wow what an amazing improvement! Clean modern contemporary designed rooms and excellent service esp from Mr Arif Baloch who made sure that we were v well looked after during our stay. We look forward to returning.

Disappointing Experience Due to Ongoing Construction Rating: ⭐ I recently stayed at the Peshawar Serena Hotel and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. The hotel's ambiance was completely ruined by ongoing construction work. The noise was incessant throughout the day, starting early in the morning and persisting well into the evening. The construction noise was not only disruptive but also made relaxation or conducting any work impossible. It was impossible to enjoy any peace or quiet within the hotel premises. The lack of consideration for guests' comfort during this renovation period was truly disheartening. Moreover, the website or booking platform failed to mention the ongoing construction, which would have been crucial information for potential guests to know before making a reservation. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. Given the circumstances, I cannot recommend the Peshawar Serena Hotel until the construction work is completed and the noise issues are resolved. It was an incredibly disappointing and unpleasant stay, and I hope the management takes steps to inform future guests about such disruptions beforehand.

the hotel is nice. a bit old and renovations are on the way. the food was good, but almost everything is spicy.
