We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, very close to downtown, and the view of the waterfall is beautiful. Breakfast was good, with generous portions, although there were only three options. We appreciated that they offered a gluten-free option for my boyfriend and that breakfast was served exactly at the requested time. The hotel also has a garage, although exiting it can be a bit challenging. On the downside, the hotel feels a bit dated. The rooms are close together, so you can easily hear people walking in the hallways or leaving their rooms. The bathroom could use improvement—the shower only has a glass partition, so water splashes onto the entire bathroom floor. Because of the humidity, the bed sheets felt damp and cold, which made my kids uncomfortable, and we ended up using a personal blanket to keep them warm.

Realmente comoda, comfortable, seguro , con su parqueo ,la atención del cliente joven Colombiano y señor Venezolano me recomendaron exelente lugares ,muy amables en su atención y ayuda, el desayuno estubo extremadamente delicioso , volveria siempre y lo recomiendo 👏👏👏👏

This is a hidden gem! Just 5min from the centre of Banos but away from the tourist noise. Historic - I sat at the table of Ecuador's first President. Room was spacious and looked out on the garden. Great bar and restaurant. But best of all were the staff and service. Especially Paul who always went the extra mile and continues to do so as I forgot some stuff. Thank-you Paul and thank-you everybody!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had breakfast ready for us when we wanted it, called to have bikes delivered for us, and asked if we needed anything else. It was close to the thermal pools and quiet part of town. We enjoyed our stay!

The service Paul provided was fabulous. He was really helpful. The room could use some attention, the bed sheets have had too much usage and could use replacing ( had some holes/stains). In the conditioner container, was clearly soap. A second night stand would be helpful. That being said, the breakfast and service was wonderful!
