The staff members were great. Room and Coffee/Lounge area was fantastic! Location was ideal and convenient for our stay. I would stay here again

The location is excellent right next to the metro and next to elektrownia powisle shopping centre! The ladies on reception are excellent and will do anything to help you they let me store my luggage before check in and after check out so I didn’t have to walk around with my luggage. The bed is the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in and the room is so quiet it’s a really peaceful stay, would definitely recommend!

Didnt have bfst but overall the hotel was very good the reception lady izabella was so warm and friendly their was complimentary coffee tea anf water in the hotel lobby the coffee was fab

Quality hotel, lovely clean room with excellent bed and shower. A little out of the way from the old town but close to the Chopin Museum. Lots of places nearby to eat. Professional staff.

Paid for a river view room. No river view.

Due to recent geopolitical issues, we had to request a cancellations. This was not “I changed my mind request”. Instead the hotel mgmt insisted on charging us. Not appreciated at all and complete disrespect to the customer.

This incredibly clean and comfortable boutique hotel is situated in a trendy neighbourhood with a plethora of dining options ranging from a street food foodhall to michelain fine dining restaurants. The picturesque old town is a short walk along the river.

Nice new clean rooms; great location next to food hall, metro station, and the river.

An excellent hotel with helpful and pleasant staff. The room was very clean and spacious. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well as a coffee machine, flavoured tea bags and biscuits that the guests can help themselves to. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the old town and 25-30 minutes from Central Station. En-route to these you pass through an area with many eateries of various world wide cuisines and bars.
