The hotel is suitable for individuals attending courses at the nearby building, Novikontas only. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, please note that breakfast is not provided and there are no fridges in the rooms. The only option for breakfast is a nearby cafeteria in Novikontas, although my experience there was disappointing as there was limited choice, with only 3 pancakes with meat and a few egg options available. This lack of variety is due to a low number of people having breakfast at the cafeteria, as I was informed. Additionally, the service at the cafeteria reminded me of the level of service found in the Soviet Union era. It is not customer-oriented; rather, customers are expected to behave correctly in order to receive good service.
Please be aware that parking at the hotel is not free. Unfortunately, the towel heater and the lights on the mirror were not functioning.
The worst part of my stay was the noise from the trucks starting their engines near my windows. At times, the noise was so loud that I couldn't even hear the TV.
If needed, I will consider choosing another place within walking distance from Novikontas for my next visit.
