Excellent place for those who are going to take a course at the Novikontas facilities. There was no problem whatsoever, the receptionists kind and attentive to any request.

Service was really good. Lady on reception table friendly, helpful and cute. Room wasn't so good... Comfortable mattress cold inside during night time,no night curtains so couldn't fall asleep until was light outside .. and blanket was stinking like dirty socks... Very sad... Sometimes to avoid the smell better to was them...

During my stay at the hotel, I had a wonderful experience with the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. The hotel is suitable for individuals attending courses at the nearby building, Novikontas only. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, please note that breakfast is not provided and there are no fridges in the rooms. The only option for breakfast is a nearby cafeteria in Novikontas, although my experience there was disappointing as there was limited choice, with only 3 pancakes with meat and a few egg options available. This lack of variety is due to a low number of people having breakfast at the cafeteria, as I was informed. Additionally, the service at the cafeteria reminded me of the level of service found in the Soviet Union era. It is not customer-oriented; rather, customers are expected to behave correctly in order to receive good service. Please be aware that parking at the hotel is not free. Unfortunately, the towel heater and the lights on the mirror were not functioning. The worst part of my stay was the noise from the trucks starting their engines near my windows. At times, the noise was so loud that I couldn't even hear the TV. If needed, I will consider choosing another place within walking distance from Novikontas for my next visit.

To be honest, I expected a little more from this hotel because for 80 euros one could offer much more comforts in the room than what I received firstly. The TV worked badly. In my opinion, 9 channels often the Internet and cable television also disappeared during when I came to wash my hands it was red water.
