Room was clean; however, if you are staying on the weekend be mindful that is right in the middle of downtown surrounded by bars and apartments where sound travels.

A basic needs hotel which has laundry service on the second floor along with retail stores within easy walking distance.

The staff at the front desk were courteous, friendly and informative. The room was clean

The room was clean and beautiful. Unfortunately it was very loud — from both Trailside reverberating late and then drunk guests loudly talking in the hall in the middle of the night.

Simple but tidy, comfy bed and nice bathroom

Room was clean. Very small.blue and purple Street lights shine through window. No TV or entertainment. Parking was a pain.

My second stay here and it was great. Can walk everywhere I need to go, and the restaurant down stairs was excellent for breakfast

I liked everything about my stay. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and suggested a few places to go. I would highly recommend this place to stay.
