Outstanding! The junior suite was huge with Great views and 2 balcones. The wellness center is fabulous with a beautiful pool and infrared sauna. There’s an entire floor devoted to global nomads. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful and I have to say that also that Fabio was such a help with my bags and giving me information about great places, including the high end shopping mall that’s about a 15 minute walk away. Breakfast has a lot of fresh fruit and delicious juices. It’s extremely healthy. The menu for lunch & dinner isn’t extensive, but the hamburger is fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you want to be somewhere extremely secure and spa like but still in the center of the city.

Five star service from the staff. Every member of the staff was great. Fabio, the front desk, the restaurant and housekeeping. Breakfast is super healthy and lots of fresh fruit and delicious breads. They make fantastic tea infusions. The restaurant doesn’t have a very wide variety of choices during the day. I think there’s about three or four afternoon food options but the hamburger is excellent and so is the rice and sticky fried chicken dish. The rooms are beautiful. The junior suite was so nice with an amazing view and a super comfortable bed, 2 ball comes, and a great bathroom. A great detail: balcony has electrical outlet to enjoy the outside using your laptop. There’s free parking and a wonderful indoor pool. Plus really nice toiletries and they also provide some little extras like a CBD sleeping aid balm that you can use. The gym could use a little improvement and needs some weight machines. The sauna is great and it has infrared heating. The location is very safe and secure and you’re just a cab right away from everything that medicine has to offer. There’s also a very high-end mall within walking distance and a drugstore about 15 minutes walk. The hotel is quite large and there’s a music listening room and a quiet room and also a media room. I love the fact that it’s a residential hotel but it also has a wellness aspect with the spa and the food, fresh juices and tea infusions. Great choice if you want something a bit quieter and more relaxed in Medellin.

Great staff. Nice restaurant and breakfast included. Beautiful indoor pool and infrared sauna. It’s a very nice apartment style hotel with full service and a very beautiful wellness center. Beds are very comfortable with nice bathrooms and nice balcony views. It’s on the hill and a little far from the center but it’s extremely secure and safe ; easy to catch an uber and there’s a very large and high end mall about 10 minutes walk away. A 10 minute drive and you are in the center of Poblado with all the bars and restaurants and stores.

Personnel is very friendly, they always respectful.

they charge me for thr bag to put my dirty clothes. which is pretty much a plastic bag and free in all hotels.

The hotel is pretty straight forward, restaurant in lobby, they are environmentally conscience and the food is uniquely good. Commercial center within walking distance that has everything you could need. Safe and nice.
