Beautiful property and excellent staff and exceptional service

I don’t like that the hotel waiting a week to debit my purchases off my credit card.

We enjoyed everything about our stay! We appreciated that we also had access to the sister hotel across the street. We stayed for 4 nights and loved every second of it. It’s centrally located in San Juan and within walking distance to lots of food spots and a quick uber ride for night life. The only thing that down graded it to a 4 was the night we decided to eat at the hotel’s restaurant, it took over an hour to get our food.

Great location for staying just a short uber ride outside of Old San Juan. Everything was great!

Recently stayed at the Hilton Inn with my two young granddaughters (ages 5 and 7) and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and safe. The front desk staff was extremely courteous, answering all our questions with patience and a smile. The valet parking team was equally professional and friendly, making arrivals and departures seamless. A special highlight of our stay was the hotel’s flexibility. Our flight wasn’t until 6 PM, and they graciously allowed us to stay past the usual 11 AM checkout at no additional charge. This was incredibly helpful while traveling with children, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, we felt very safe, well taken care of, and truly valued as guests. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

It was a great stay, the staff was amazing always smiling & helpfully in all ways.

The property was nice, extremely well located. Staff were friendly. However, when you make a request for towel, Soap, Sofa bed sheets and pillows your voice was unheard. We request the sofa to be make 3 times and at the end we had to do it out own.

I liked that you can use the amenities across the street as well as the amenities at the Hilton

Great view to the Laguna, big spacious room, the shower it doesn’t have a fan extractor and the shower is small for a 6 ft person.
