Great stopover location….

Very friendly owners at this quaint, provincial stay. The kids loved the play area, and the breakfast was good but the family room had very low ceilings so wasn’t that comfortable for tall visitors. We also felt quite conscious of the lack of soundproofing, as our baby wouldn’t settle and we got a few disapproving comments about it over breakfast. Not sure we’d rush to go back but it served its purpose as an overnight stop.

Very nice hotel with friendly and welcoming staff, a very nice restaurant and excellent breakfast all set in a lovely village.

I absolutely loved this place. It's situated in this small town or village on the single main road, opposite am ornate town hall. The building itself has manged to retain the historic vibe, while the rooms have been nicely renovated and have comfy, modern beds and showers with good pressure. The staff are the best thing about the place. So friendly and welcoming, I was passing through, but I'd happily spend longer here if I was holidaying in the region. Excellent English is spoken and the food at breakfast is simple and delicious, while the in house restaurant seems to be the mein attraction of the village and it's easy to see why. The menu gourmand is outstanding value and the food is fantastic. Secure parking at the rear is also free. Definitely coming back!

Perfect place for a family stay. The hotel is very cosy and clean. Rooms are well equipped. We had a warm welcome and efficient service. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and a great choice. We would definitely visit again. Thank you!

Friendly, helpful staff. We had a lovely big family room which was clean and nicely decorated. Limited menu in the restaurant for dinner but food was of a good quality.

We booked this hotel primarily as it was a good place to break our journey overnight. What an unexpected treat! Wonderful welcoming staff and the cleanest place I think I've ever stayed. Situated right in the centre of the tiny town it was easy to find, had it's own car park and was right next to the market square and shops. The town was quiet overnight (we all slept well) and had a lovely buzz at the Saturday market the next morning. The lady who checked us in spoke in English and French and was thrilled that our 13 year old son tried out his highschool French. Would be more than happy to stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed here on our way down to the South of France. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only thing that kind of let's this place down is the food, this time we decided to try the restaurant as we arrived a lot earlier and even though they was very accomodating for the children it was top end with price. For the price of food, the standard of food should be a lot higher in my opinion. My advice is a great place to stay but eat elsewhere. A meal for 2 adults and 1 child came up to £90 which included a couple of beers and half a bottle of wine. The food was presented nice to be fair but just overcooked.

The hotel was very pleasant and the disabled rooms were quite sufficient. Food was well cooked and the proprietor was very helpful. A perfect overnight stop. .

Due to issues with the eurotunnel we arrived very late / early in the morning. The owners could not have been more helpful and made our stay absolutely stress-free. They were so kind and welcoming and really looked after us. Perfect bedroom for a family of 5 too - always difficult to find. Definitely recommend.
