Cheap price with quality facilities

Service and facilities are quite ok. However, the room has no window so it's a bit stuffy.

The hotel location is convenient to tourist spot via Grab Car. There is a convenient store nearby too. The receptionist Vivian is friendly and nice to speak in English. Just that the bed is too soft for me.

The hotel is clean and airy. The staff is friendly and attentive. This is the 4th time I have checked in at this hotel. Near the center, convenient for shopping.

The customer forgot something. And the hotel cannot check and recheck for the customer.

The room is dark, the toilet is dark too. It's very difficult to make up.

The room is exactly as pictured, clean, super central and convenient location. Reasonable room price. There are pharmacies, convenience stores and many delicious local restaurants nearby. However, the soundproofing is not good so my sleep quality is not guaranteed. And one thing I wonder is why the hotel's bathroom does not have an exhaust fan or ventilation so it is very stuffy. The above problems are due to the structure and design of the building so it will be difficult to fix and can be sympathized. Overall, this is still a worthy choice when staying in HCM.

Phòng không có cách âm . Nên rất ồn .

Phòng không rộng, nhưng bố trí nội thất khá hợp lý nên không có cảm giác ngột ngạt. Mình được upgrade phòng có cửa sổ. Giường nệm xịn nên nằm rất đã. Nhưng gối thì hơi mềm so với mình. Phòng tắm sạch sẽ, không có mùi lạ. Nói chung là oke. 8 điểm
