Very calming and clean, good service

The downside is that there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms. Even if there was, the hotel staff wouldn't provide the passcode. The upside is that it's close to the SCP mall and free Netflix in-room access.

Great place for a short business trip, and the Wi-Fi connection is good, plus it has Netflix.

The blanket and bedcover are lacking, it seems like there are stains that can't be removed, the housekeeping is diligent, the only thing lacking is the mattress and bathroom, the water in the bathroom is stagnant and the drainage is not proper.

Plus points include a rooftop lounge where you can relax while drinking Lain Hati coffee (located downstairs). Other pluses include free Netflix, clean rooms, cool AC, and friendly staff.

It's good because it's in the city center, the only downside is that it doesn't provide breakfast + hotel slippers, maybe in the future hotel slippers can be provided

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during the check-in and check-out process and the atmosphere was comfortable and the layout of the room was neat and fragrant.
