The staff and service here were amazing. Very professional and attentive. It's very close to the Temple of Literature, and you can walk to the Old Quarter for sightseeing and shopping. For further locations, you can catch a taxi at the end of the alley, which is relatively easy. The rooms were clean and airy; I was lucky to get a room upgrade, which I really appreciated hehe 🥳🥰 I will definitely come back if I have the chance 🥰

Hotel is very comfortable and big, the staff is really helpful, great to stay here, although the location is quite far (by walking) from the city, but the hotel is great

On the day I checked in, I received a room upgrade, which was excellent – a suite. However, the location was a bit difficult to find, as it's in an alleyway inaccessible by car. Luckily, the staff helped me with my luggage at the entrance of the alley. The staff provided excellent service.

The hotel is located in an alley off Nguyen Khuyen Street near the Temple of Literature. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The reception staff are lovely and very helpful. I will definitely return if I have the chance.

The hotel is close to the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. The receptionists and staff are lovely and friendly. The hotel offers many tours to interesting tourist attractions at reasonable prices, and the consultant was very helpful and enthusiastic 🥰 I will definitely come back next time.

I came back for the second time, this year the hotel service is much better than last year, although last year was very good :3 The staff are very polite, cute and pretty too :3 Check in late at night but still have a welcome drink he he! The room is perfect, very clean, the waitresses clean carefully, very cheerful and friendly. If you have the opportunity to travel to Hanoi, Elirina Hotel will definitely be my number 1 choice 👏🏻🍀

Before, I stayed in the old quarter with the same price. But the experience when checking in, the welcome drink or the staff supporting me to the room with my luggage was very professional. Here, it is not like that, but the room space is beautiful, the decoration is very warm.

Staffs are incredibly friendly! Surroundings are peaceful and location is not very far from center, so highly recommend it!
