Quaint boutique hotel. Attentive front desk staff on checking in/out and questions on car rentals and an issue we had w/ a leak in roof in shower. Cleaning staff always on task in freshening the room and lobby area. Great central location w/ restaurants/bars and shopping nearby. Returning after a quick trip to Porto and Braga and sure our stay will be just as positive

Breakfast was great. Continental but you could order things like scrambled eggs and bacon although sadly not English bacon. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Hotel very central. Rooms were clean but the bed was strange as it was encased in wood and you could only get in and out from one side, although bed itself was comfy

I asked for a quiet room and was put into the stairway (essentially a cubicle carved out in the stairway and used as a room), where it was cold and dingy. The bed was attached to the floor, and navigating the space was awkward, even to reach the balcony required some sort of gymnastics exercise. I’m not sure what this is, but definitely not a standard double room in a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Perfect location for our overnight stay

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. Nestled in the perfect part of Lisbon. The breakfast is absolutely impeccable and it is so close to literally everything in the city. Also, the best coffee shop outside - Senzi. Could not recommend this place more. The staff are also lovely.

Friendly courteous staff, great family room that slept 6 of us, quiet location (despite other reviews mentioning noise). Overall great value and a great base to get around Lisbon from.

It was weird that I couldn’t change out the beer in fridge for soda since I am allergic to ingredients in beer. It was also frustrating that the temperature of the thermostat could not be lowered as it felt very hot in the room , although I was left the window open and it was comfortable. Very nice birthday message written and bottle of wine , very kind and caring. Shower and bathroom was amazing nice towels beautiful shower and amenenties like a hair dryer w a diffuser. Snacks are provided and refilled. Also very helpful let me drop off my luggage before check in.

The hotel is very clean. But, the staff are amazing. All of them but especially Nelson. I left my phone in an Uber and he spent so much time trying to help me. Big THank You!!! Breakfast is amazing too. Would stay here again for sure.

Overall a great stay. Breakfast is great! Location is perfect for exploring on foot. However, I recommend NOT paying for taxi service through the hotel. Uber is extremely affordable in Lisbon and our taxi (arranged by hotel) was 95 euros for 3 people round trip. Uber would have been a third of that price. Make sure to check out the MilkMan restaurant across the street!!

Excellent service and great value for money in a good location

The room was clean and spacious with 2 full baths. We also received wine, drinks and snacks upon check-in. Super friendly staff, they even made dinner reservations for us which we really enjoyed. Also close to lots of dining options and landmarks.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely, comfortable room (107) for me and my two sisters. Good service, nice breakfast and very helpful if we needed anything. I also booked the airport transfers through the hotel which was also very good.

Rooms are small but have everything you need and very generous free mini bar/fridge with Mateus wine included free - 2 bottles! Also included was beer and a couple of snacks and

Rooms were clean and modern and they even put some complimentary wine and beer and chocolate in the fridge. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed 3 nights but in 2 different rooms (as booked at separate times when we added another day in Lisbon) and both rooms were great. Oh and the blinds are blackout. Slept so well.
