Nice upgrade, lovely room and very handy for walking around the city

We stayed here previously and unfortunately the hotel is showing noticeable signs of aging since our last visit two years ago. The biggest issue, however, was that guests were allowed to smoke directly outside the main entrance. Every time the doors opened, large amounts of smoke poured into the lobby and bar area, making it impossible to sit and relax there. We value a smoke-free environment and our health, so we won’t be staying here again.

Amazing hotel. Everything was clean. The bed was so comfortable and the service was great! The only bummer was the impact of the construction on George Square. What would have been easy access to businesses in the City Centre was made slightly more difficult with the maze. But still 100% worth the price.

Room was excellent, great size, brilliant shower. Breakfast was lovely something there to cater for anyone. Will be back, stayed in lots of hotels and this was excellent.

The staff were friendly, the location was very ideal to explore Glasgow with a lot of nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, but the kids room was a bit narrow. I requested bathrobes for my family but the staff neither provided nor commented on my request.
