It's a hotel of choice every time I visit Yogyakarta. Check-in and check-out are fast, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and there's a shuttle bus service to the airport.

Nice hotel and close to YIA airport

Feels like staying at a secluded area. The surroundings were peaceful despite nearby the airports; you won’t be disturbed by airplane sounds. I chose this because I want to stay out of Jogja but is not far from Jogja haha. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and got a surprise b'day cake in the room when we arrived. The hotel was kids friendly with the kids pool and the playground. It was not crowded despite a long weekend. Staffs were friendly, hotel facilities were great. Outside the hotel within the same building, you can find a convenience store that opens until 11pm and there is also a cafe with books and traditional toys, nice to visit after check out. Definitely would stay here again if I got the chance.

A delightful staycation experience at the Novotel Airport. Away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic. The hotel is clean, has beautiful views, a spacious swimming pool and playground, and the staff are friendly. There's also a shuttle service to and from the airport.

The bed sheets have stains in the room suite, like a grave.

Close to the airport but one hour plus from the city. Food at the hotel can be improved. Service is ok.

By Novotel standards, the breakfast menu was very basic, with no fried rice. Boiled dishes, such as boiled corn, were not fresh and wilted. The room and other items were fine.

Amazing, the free shuttle service really helped us reach the airport train so we could go back and forth to downtown Jogja by airport train, a unique experience, the breakfast was incredibly delicious and had lots of choices, and most importantly, the view from the restaurant was truly beautiful, my God. All the staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, there was a water dispenser on each floor, and the swimming pool was large, my son really liked it. My cousin was also HAPPY when we recommended staying with him, I arranged for him to book another room at this hotel so we could have a staycation together. Thank you Novotel KulonProgo for making our vacation complete, so we had a great staycation, the whole family was happy.

Be better for the taste and variety of food

The receptionist is very friendly... Both during check in & check out, very friendly!! The room is quite spacious, has a smart TV, comfortable and clean... The swimming pool is a bit dirty because there are lots of fallen leaves... The breakfast has enough variety but in my opinion the taste is lacking... The view from this hotel is really GOOONGGG... Beautiful, I swear!! Thank you Novotel, hopefully we can come here again.. 🥰😍

Located 5 minutes from the airport, this hotel offers excellent service and layout. It's a great choice for a short stopover upon arrival in Yogyakarta or before heading to the airport. It's also close to the beach, just 15 minutes away.

This is my second visit with my family. We really enjoyed our vacation here because it's far from the city center and really quiet. The hotel is super clean and I love it. So, if I ever go back to Jogja, I will definitely come back here again. Thank you Novotel and all the staff 🫰🏼❤️

The food is not very varied. The taste is just so-so. Hopefully, it can be improved further.
