Not bad, recommended staying. The elevator is slow, prefer to take the stairs. Many meeting places and workspaces.

Affordable room was so small and the window was internal. Upside is that there were no mosquitoes or cockroaches, just a few ants. I could find an upgraded room in the same place, and the price was not very different. This place is recommended if you find a better room. The breakfast is simple.

First time langsung jatuh hati tempat transit paling oke sekitaran daerah Tendean Mampang, kos kosan premium tapi bisa disewakan harian fasilitasnya lengkap paling suka parkirannya besar walaupun masuk gang ya tapi ini oke banget yang paling menarik ada rooftop asli ga kemana-mana saking Pewenya next bakalan buat tempat transit kembali.

Love it, still new. There is a pantry, work space, meeting room and the rooftop, which is a super favorite. The rooms are also quite spacious and there is a smart TV. The elevator takes a bit too long haha.
