Note to the hotel that the 2 deluxe rooms have nice views and balconies, but in the end room 101 has no view and the balcony is extremely small. staff are not enthusiastic. When checking in, there was a lack of towels and spoons. I feel like because I checked in late, the hotel took the nice room and sold it all, leaving me with a bad room even though I paid 100%. The suite room had stagnant water in the shower, the water could not drain and flowed onto the surface.

The room has a lot of glass and faces the sun, so from morning to afternoon it's tunnelled and too hot

Room does not have air conditioning. Opening the door to get fresh air is noisy, closing the door is stuffy. not worth the price. Very bad .
