The room was dirty, the sink wouldn't turn on, the AC leaked onto the chair and the room smelled and the lights were dim.

There are still many who didn't take pictures. Dirty toilet, balcony full of trash, broken cupboard, bathroom closet is also broken. The first time I went there, I was disappointed, then in the middle of the night, I was sound asleep and the cupboard door suddenly came off until it hurt and my husband's head was bumped😢. It's really not worth it!!

Bed is smelling terrible, have black bugs so many (cockroaches) I kill 2 but i see 3 more they really bigger than my finger. Bed dirty so much. Bugs living under the bed and actually we are visitors and they are owner.

Staff is not responsive. Arrived at 2 am and got a room at 4 am. The room was really dirty, the mattress was not soft and the bumps were really felt on the back. The toilet was not clean, the TV was off. What kind of accommodation is this 😭😭😭 How come you booked for 2 nights. Luckily the swimming pool was clean, okay, so that's a plus point

The hotel staff is friendly and helps with the check-in process at any time. It's great.
