Check-in was easy and served by friendly and informative front office staff, luggage was brought to the hotel by the efficient concierge staff, the room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was complete with toiletries. Afternoon tea from 3 pm - 5 pm, coffee, tea, snacks even meatballs and juice were served. Breakfast the next day with a variety of foods, the kids also loved it because there was a chocolate fountain, and there were also healthy juices available ranging from beetroot, orange, and broccoli. What a fun and unforgettable experience 🥰

Check-in was immediately greeted in a friendly manner by the front office staff, then directed to our room, where our luggage was carried by the concierge staff, entering a clean, comfortable room, a fragrant, clean bathroom and complete toiletries. There is an afternoon tea service served on the 9th floor even though the afternoon tea time is from 3 pm to 5 pm, we really enjoyed the poolside atmosphere while sipping a cup of coffee, tea or a variety of cakes and meatballs. Then the next day we enjoyed breakfast provided in the large restaurant, with a variety of foods and drinks as well as other side dishes, and we also enjoyed healthy juice. And the check-out time arrived, Alhamdulillah, a pleasant experience during our stay at the Alhambra Singaparna hotel.

The hotel is nice, the rooms and toilets are also nice, the atmosphere is comfortable and clean, the hotel staff are friendly and the facilities are good, God willing, I will stay here again next time.
