The hotel is strategically located and well maintained. Breakfast has many choices and the beddings are clean and soft with lots of pillows . The wifi connection is terrible and we always need to request voucher code. Good thing , i brought my pocket wifi. We travelled a lot and its our first time for us to experience that the hotel will require us to deposit Php 3,000.00(I don’t mind the amount but the standard practice for the deposit is the credit card). I hope the hotel management will check on this policy since this isn really awkward and not usually practice in the hotel industry

The only downside is the smell that is coming from the river, which is next to the hotel. Otherwise, everything is good!

I'm always choosing to stay at Uma even if it's a little more expensive. It's because I always feel taken cared of. My slightest concerns are taken seriously and resolved right away. It feels like a bit of home for me. The staff are the best asset of the hotel, they make me feel safe and pampered.

The property was beautiful, the food was good, and the staff exceptional. Highly recommend.

Wonderful: a modern ultra clean and fresh hotel with really good service from check-in, to the bar, pool/gym and restaurant. Perfect beds, hot shower, lovely amenities in room. Our room had a small kitchen. Also underground parking was great too.

This hotel was really lovely to stay at. We were here for 6 nights. The room was always cleaned and topped up with bathroom essentials. Each afternoon we had lovely sweet treats also left in our room. Breakfast was delicious and it was easy to ask for eggs to be cooked to our liking. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have a little complain about was the air-conditioning, it just wasn't cool enough in our room, but that could be a personal thing, which is why I gave a four star instead of a five star. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The room is very clean and elegant. breakfast meal is very good, lots of choices. I had a very good sleep, the pillows are very soft and temp of AC is just right. The staff are very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend UMA hotel.

The rooms are all good, they are clean and complete with basic needs. The only thing I got shocked is when I booked this through expedia it does not say that 17 year old and below needs to be paid for breakfast and only adults are included in the free breakfast.

The room was gorgeous and spacious. But I got bitten by a possible bed bug when I sat on the sofa on my first day stay there.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and nicely arranged, though the washroom was not as clean or well maintained compared to my visit a year ago. I really loved that they offer free cake every day, and I was especially grateful that a nurse was sent to check on me when I asked for medicine for my headache.
