The receptionist isn't always there, so I needed to call out loud to find him. Then, they needed lots of confirmation, such as the bank statement. They didn't ask for my ID (which should be important). The room was on the third floor, but the bathroom was so stinky. The receptionist both, night and morning, aren't friendly at all. Even the gate was closed (not welcome to the customer). I know it was in the middle of the night, but please, a hotel must be ready anytime. Please improve!
