It's not bad to find a villa that's only for one night...

Upon check-in, overall the villa was clean, enough for a large family, the kitchen utensils were quite complete, there was a stove, refrigerator, hot water dispenser including gallons, plates (although not many), but there was no rice cooker. The AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, clean water was abundant. For just a family gathering, I think it's good enough, there's wifi, children can also play in the sand in front of the villa, the front area of the villa is also spacious, direct beach access, the sloping beach is safe for children to play, it's just a bit strange because the surroundings are quiet at night, the villa next door also seems to be neglected, the fence around the villa area is also less aesthetic, although it's safe. Playgrounds like banana boats are also available. Oh yeah, there's no playground for children and swimming pool either.

In front of the road before entering the Resort is very congested, not allowed to check in before 2 o'clock and not allowed to exceed capacity. Facilities are incomplete, no TV, must rent. Refill gas 50 thousand gallon 50 thousand, rent extra bed 4 200 thousand. Traders always enter the front door of the villa. Cars are suddenly wiped by unknown people and ask for payment, but the cloth used is not clean so it makes the car window leave marks.

The place is really cool because it is close to the beach, open the front door of the villa and immediately see the beach, the kitchen equipment is also complete, if there is something missing you can borrow it from the villa guard, the owner is friendly and responds quickly, the villa guard is also very helpful, the bed and sheets are possible It's better to keep it clean, but everything is OK because the sheets were immediately replaced with new ones, it's a shame there isn't a dining table yet, if it was equipped with a dining table it would feel very comfortable. Saya menginap di villa 4 dari tanggal 11-13 mei. Villa tersebut terdiri dari 3 kamar tidur dan 2 kamar mandi. 1 kamar tidur kamar mandi dalam. 2 kamar tidur menggunakan 1 kamar mandi luar. Lokasi cukup strategis dan mudah dicapai dengan penanda yang jelas di pinggir jalan dekat dengan toko kelontong dan warteg. Villa berada persis di pinggir pantai sehingga pemandangan langsung pantai dari villa dan cukup bagus. Saat sampai ada penjaga villa yang menyambut, masuk ke villa seperti ulasan sebelumnya memang kebersihan dalam villa cukup baik. Begitu keluar ke arah pantai sangat disayangkan banyak sekali sampah di pagar villa dekat pantai. Di deskripsi villa ini tidak jelas fasilitas yang disediakan seperti handuk, sabun, shampoo, sikat gigi, odol karena ternyata tidak disediakan. Peralatan dapur pun seadanya, jika rencana memasak sebaiknya membawa peralatan seperti pisau, garpu, sendok, piring, dan gelas. TV tidak ada padahal deskripsi ada. Menurut saya harga per malam yang dipatok sepatutnya fasilitas tersebut bisa disediakan. Hal yang sangat mengganggu, pintu kamar mandi luar yg digunakan oleh 2 kamar agak susah untuk ditutup dan dikunci. Air keran di kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup sehingga terus menyala. Namun sewaktu2 sering dimatikan dari pusat oleh penjaga, sangat mengganggu karena sering dimatikan tanpa pemberitahuan, dan untuk menyalakannya lagi saya harus mendatangi penjaganya. Sayang sekali, padahal kebersihan kamar mandi cukup baik. Penjaga villa sering menghilang, seperti saat saya akan check out harus menunggu selama 30menit (villa benar2 ditinggal tidak ada sama sekali yg jaga) Di hari sabtu dan minggu akan banyak sekali pedagang yang datang ke area villa, namun yang saya kaget ada yang tiba2 mencuci mobil saya tanpa diminta, setelahnya lalu menagihkan uang cuci mobil. Hal-hal ini masih bisa saya terima karena kondisi pantai yang terbuka untuk umum, namun untuk cuci mobil sepertinya perlu ditertibkan. Semoga dapat diperbaiki fasilitas dan layanannya.

Had a good stay here. Even though it's an old villa and building, but surprisingly it's clean enough. The bathrooms especially clean for old building villa. For the villa services, overall it's good enough and fast response. When I arrived, the air conditioner already on, but the water and cooking gas were run out, so I asked them to fix it, and they did it fast. It has direct access to beach and the beach was kids friendly as there's no reef and purely sands. The minus is the water faucets were kind of broken, they need to fix it so we didn't waste more water. And because of its near local beach markets, there're a lot of local seller that will force you to buy their goods and kind of disturb your privacy.

We occupy villa no. 4, overall quite good. However, it needs renovation, especially the bathroom.
