The staff is cute, the security guard has a beautiful fish tank. The room is fully equipped and cozy during Tet in Hanoi.

I was surprised by the beautiful decoration, the room is fully equipped & facing West Lake. It's great & I will come back with the comfort & the price of the book app here is quite reasonable 💗

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Koko who looks after the apartment is very friendly and always greets us every time we meet, it feels like living in our own home environment. The atmosphere is calm, you can jog and cycle along the edge of Tay Ho Lake. Although far from the old quarter, because there is Grab it is very helpful. The room view is directly on Tay Ho Lake and the apartment is clean and towels are changed every day without being asked. The cooking equipment is very complete, there is a rice cooker, and a washing machine and dryer next to the elevator. For non-Muslims, there are many food sellers with Vietnamese flavors. I stayed here for 4 nights. Highly recommended

I had to wow when I checked in because the room was so beautiful, even more beautiful than in the picture. Every detail was taken care of, quiet, clean and the service was very good. Will come back again.

Nhân viên lễ tân dễ thương, phòng siêu xinh, mặt ngoài view hồ rất đẹp, bên trong cũng có phòng có ánh sáng tự nhiên rất tuyệt

Phòng decor ổn và view hồ ban ngày hay về đêm cũng rất đẹp, bạn lễ tân nhiệt tình. Điểm trừ duy nhất là toilet có mùi hơi khó chịu.
