The hotel is clean and beautiful. There's a private path leading to a secluded and private beach. The location is a bit far from the city center and dining area. The swimming pool needs improvement; the water is very cold and there are almost no lifeguards (I personally rescued a child from drowning in the pool area during my stay – I was very lucky).

The room had a lovely view, and the hotel is located right across the beach. But the common areas could be cleaner and furniture, etc., upgraded. They gave a discount voucher for a meal at their restaurant; the view was fantastic; the meal mediocre.

The location of this hotel is very good, close to all the places you can think of. Just a few walks to the beach, and facilities support all your activities. Morning buffet is of good quality, but would not say wow to me, but it was ok, good selection.

The awaken staff here are truly professional. I have been to many places but I have just found the attitude and behavior of awaken staff to be truly professional and excellent. 100/10 points. I hope the awaken team will continue to develop further!! Will come back here soon.

Awaken is located right next to the sea, walking to the front is the sea, behind are convenient restaurants. The room is clean and fully equipped. The staff is super enthusiastic, cute, and friendly. The breakfast buffet has a few options for me, but there is Hue beef noodle soup that you must try, it's delicious ^^ When I return to DN, I will come back to Awaken ^^

Why is the view so great? The hotel is convenient to travel, right next to the sea. The reception staff is still enthusiastic in supporting, thank you very much when customers have a lot of luggage, they help carry it. My room is a Premier Double Partial Sea view with balcony, the view is great, luxurious and also very warm. Delicious breakfast, beautiful spacious swimming pool, gym with basic equipment. Next time I come to Da Nang, I will still choose Awaken

The day I went there was a storm so the room view was a bit bad, and there was also an empty lot so it was a bit ugly. I was on the 7th floor, if I was on a higher floor the view would probably be better.

It was great ❤️ If there was no storm, the trip would have been perfect with my family. I stayed in a Two Bedrooms room on the 21st floor, the view from above was super beautiful.
