I've been to Surabaya frequently and stayed at several hotels, and D'primahotel has excellent service. Clean rooms, friendly staff and security, delicious breakfast, and close to restaurants and shopping. Good job.

I stayed for one night. We didn't have connecting rooms, but we got rooms facing each other. Room 717 was comfortable, but room 716 smelled of cigarettes, even though there was a no-smoking sticker. Luckily, my kids didn't mind. Thank you, Dprima Hotel. Next time I'm in transit in Surabaya, I'll stay here 🙏🙏🙏

I love staying here. Check-in is quick, and there's ample parking in front and back. They also offer irons for rent. The location is also close to restaurants, so you don't have to worry about finding dinner.
