The room was very comfortable, the bathroom roof was leaking from the upper floor.

It actually looks comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. However, the cleanliness needs to be improved. When I checked in, there were still tissue residue on the floor near the balcony, and lipstick on the pillow. After informing the hotel, they immediately cleaned it. The bathroom ceiling was already visibly damaged. My suggestion is to pay attention to all aspects of the maintenance so that future guests can have a more comfortable stay. As for breakfast, the selection of food was lacking.

Asking for a high floor, but they gave me the 5th floor. The room cleanliness is really bad. There are bugs (tomcat) on the bed, not only on the bed, there are many bugs (kamitetep) on the wall, so disgusting. And the bedsheet, pillowcase, duvet is dirty, really uncomfortable. 😢

I stayed here, initially recommended by the admin of my training center because it was relatively close. It turned out to only be close when I returned from training. What I regret is that I burned down my room after only two nights. I was very uncomfortable because the bedcover was so black it looked like it was old, even though the hotel was new and smelled unpleasant. I asked for a change several times, but it was still the same. The room was full of ants, there was no mat when we wanted to pray, the water was weak, and the room was not soundproof. When there was a motorbike race outside, we were very disturbed until 2 a.m. The customers were not friendly. Breakfast was delivered to the room and the food was cold. There were leaves in the dessert. The food was not stored properly for a full day, so the ants came. Guys, there are many hotels with the same price but good quality. For ordering a taxi, there are still many CS at other hotels who are willing to help, unlike this hotel. They couldn't help with laundry. Look for a more reputable hotel with the same price. I've attached the food served, which was not stored for a day, and the bedcover smelled musty and black.

It was a pleasant experience staying here. The only downside is that the room isn't soundproof, so you can hear the people in the next room.

The room was clean and spacious. The amenities were excellent. There was a single-door refrigerator and a hairdryer. There was a spacious balcony where you could relax and gaze at the Surabaya night sky. It was more or less exactly as pictured. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delivered to your room: rice with side dishes and crackers, cut fruit, and an orange drink. I was quite satisfied with my stay here.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are really nice, there is a balcony so it's really nice to have coffee or tea. I had a chance to try the restaurant food, it's delicious, budget-friendly, and it's delivered straight to the room.

I found the room I stayed in a little too cold, even though it was already on the lowest temperature setting. But overall, everything was fine.

The room I got this time was on the top floor. On the first day of my stay, I was quite bothered by the ants on the table. My suggestion is to spray ant repellent on every room someone checks out. Yesterday, I could have asked for Baygon to be left in the room, but it was a bit of a hassle waiting for cleaning before asking (I only realized the ants were present the morning of the second day). Also, the condition of the refrigerator: don't just check the drinks consumed by guests, but also check its condition. It worked, but it had a lot of ice. If the room wasn't filled or left outside during a power outage, the ice would melt. Then there was the sound of rats in the ceiling (because I was on the top floor). The thumping, thumping, thumping was startling, and the rats were making noise for a long time.
