The hotel staff had no flexibility for customers arriving before 3 pm. They asked for a pretty hefty penalty for quecking in early. I asked the staff to travel to Europe to understand and appreciate what customer service means.

It was good!

Liked that it had luggage area/storage. Bathroom is small but comfortable and clean. Bed was a bit hard.

Easy access to train. Rooms are bit smaller but tidy.

easy access to subway less than 5 minute walk,

3 minute walk to subway station and easy access to subways.

A nice location close to the metro and JR line. Facilities are clean and easily accessed. I would note that the area around the hotel is pretty noisy into the night with emergency vehicles, people, traffic... so if thats not something you are used to or you have small children needing to sleep then you may want to book elsewhere. However, I didnt mind the noise and was able to sleep alright.

Rooms were small as expected but perfect for what we needed! Had a cozy bed and all the amenities you’d want just in an efficient space.

Great location, very friendly staff, the check in staff only spoke a little english but there were not issues with check in. They gave us a gift of japanese curry to bring home when we checked in. The lobby is small, only one elevator but we never had to wait long. There are washing machines in the lobby. Yes the rooms are cozy, we had to open the luggage by the front door and when you do that you can't get in/out of the bathroom but it was fine for a few days. The bed was actually the comfiest bed we slept in our entire 3 weeks in Japan. Close to a train station, about a 15 min walk to Tokyo Station but it actually wasn't that bad (wide sidewalks and fairly flat). On the train line direct to Dinsey. Lawson's just around the corner. Close walk to Ginza. We would recommend this and would stay here again. Fridge in the room, head board shelf was nice instead of a night stand, fabric spary provided, slippers, hair drier, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, teas and kettle. No daily room service, frequency dependent on length of stay. Fresh towels provided daily.

The room was exactly as described on the website. It's small but I was expecting that. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient and near several train stations. Room was so clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

Property is at a convenient location to train station and restaurants. In a quiet area.

I checked in at 215am and was told to vacate the room I had occupied for just 7 jours and paid some $140 for big bed (I didn’t need or ask for) and an extra tiny room.I had to pay 3000 yen to sleep 3 more hours. Over the past 25 years I have stayed in Tomyo more than 80 times with the shortest stay being a week. I hav never complained before.
