Strategic location, clean and comfortable hotel rooms, friendly hotel staff.

The location is close to the city center, but I wouldn't recommend it for comfort, as we experienced a power outage during our two-night stay. The hotel was completely blacked out, with no lighting whatsoever, making it uncomfortable to rest. Trying to get into the room to get things, we found ourselves swarming with mosquitoes. It was truly disappointing.

This hotel is highly recommended for transit in Singkawang.

I love the environment. I've always stayed here when I visit SKW since it opened in 2010.

The room was as pictured. There was a TV but no remote. The toilet only flushed once and had to wait a long time before it could be flushed again. The glasses looked unwashed. There was no complimentary bottled water. The staff service was mediocre. Oh, and the deposit was 100,000 Rupiah for a room like that.

The room would be nicer with a chair and a table, even if they're small. There's also a clothes hanger and a small sink. The mural with encouraging words on the wall is fun.

The hotel is strategically located near the mosque, culinary delights, and other tourist attractions. It's accessible on foot from the hotel.

The room was okay, but there were no hangers so I was confused about where to hang my clothes or wet towels. The toilet was dirty so I went in and cleaned it again and sprayed it with the shower.

Staying during high season, the price is high, it's not a problem, but the room I got: - The mattress was dented like it was about to break. - There was no hanging space at all, so I was confused about where to put my things. - The room was small, like the toilet, so it felt like I couldn't breathe and the shower water was very slow, asked the receptionist and they said it was the setting 😌 In short, I was disappointed with my experience staying at this hotel.

For 700,000 Rupiah, you don't get towels or water, and the rooms are so small and filthy, you'd be better off staying in a boarding house. Because of the Cap Go Meh event, it's expensive.

Very disappointed staying at 210, besides I had booked for March 2-3, 2026, but it was canceled because someone booked from the app, even though I had booked by phone and I had asked if this order was safe and when I should pay, then it was said at check-in only. However, I tried to stay by booking through the app on February 28-March 1, 2026 and when I entered, the staff were not friendly. When I was carrying my suitcase to go up to the 2nd floor, there was a staff who came down but just stayed silent without offering any help and the worst thing was, the bathroom was dirty, yellow, smelly and the AC was not cold, until I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned. I was even more disappointed with this hotel, coincidentally I stayed in room 222.
