The booking management team is very poor. The first night pushed customers to a poor quality hotel while they had booked and paid in advance.

Sadly there was an issue with our room with the room electricity..so they moved us to their partner hotel..but the staff was very helpful..they also booked us a car to next hotel with no charge..the next hotel which is also ok..

The hotel is clean and new. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic.

The hotel is located in the heart of District 1, very close to famous locations such as Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Ben Thanh Market and Notre Dame Cathedral. The movement is extremely convenient, there are many cafes, restaurants and shopping centers around.

The hotel is nice, the room is pretty and clean although a bit small but I went alone so it's okay, except the breakfast is not very good, everything else is ok

The room is damp and smelly, the bed is dirty. I think the room hygiene needs to be improved.

This was for my business trip, the hotel was great, room are clean and beautiful, the receptionist boy so friendly, he help me to find coffee shop and restaurants, I love it, will comeback in future for sure

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of District 1, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel’s staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service and making sure I had everything I needed.

I stayed at the tourist hotel with my family, stayed 1 night but wanted to stay longer, friendly staff, close to entertainment areas, central area, staff helped customers well, called taxis and grabs for customers at all times

The hotel is very beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the chef fried eggs is very fragrant, the room is quiet and the price is reasonable, there is a staff to clean the room every day, everything at the hotel is okay for me
