when I checked in the room wasn't ready. and when I entered the room the bottom of the room was dirty and the sheets felt really dirty and itchy. the kitchen cupboard was broken. the TV couldn't be used.. I was very disappointed. the towels were also very shabby and tattered. it didn't feel right and every corner looked dirty. . the curtains were also dirty. there were moldy parts in the room and the room was very humid.

Please clean the room first before guests check in, check the sheets first, don't use unsuitable sheets for guests, I booked for 2 days, I only used it for 1 day because my wife was not in the mood anymore.

I’m sorry to say this but the unit is smelly and damp. The sheets smell, there are several insects, the wallpaper is peeling off, cleanliness is not maintained at all, the unit is very dirty. There is no dispenser, no stove. The room has a capacity of 5 people, but only 1 large bottle of mineral water (1L or 1.5L) is provided. Asked to change the sheets, could not be fulfilled. The towels are very bad. If you want to book this apartment, I suggest you look for another accommodation🙏🏻

Worth it, got a comfortable room. The atmosphere is really nice, far from the noise, but for the facilities, maybe the maintenance needs to be more intensive.

The apartment is okay, self check in, but it's a bit poorly maintained🤏🏻.

The toilet water is clogged, the room smells, the curtains are only covered with a white cloth, the worst thing is that the front bed is made of plywood, every time you get on the bed, there is a noise when you bring the baby, the movement makes a terrible noise when the husband and wife bring the baby.

The room is very spacious, complete with AC, TV, sofa, dining table, etc. However, there is no staff on duty (I checked in around 6/7 pm), towels and blankets have dirt marks (they said it can't be removed), no soap is provided in the bathroom.

Jika disandingkan dengan pasaran. Apartemen ini sudah punya fasilitas terbaik (bathtub. Kolam. Bedroom) dengan harga yang terjangkau. Kamar pun lumayan luas. Saya sendiri cukup senang. Dan ini dinatas expektasi saya.

Tidak professional, tidak ada staff di tempat, banyak serangga seperti tomcat, wifi tidak tersedia (padahal di fasilitas tertulis ada), dimintai deposit lewat telpon (padahal di keterangan tidak ada), kasur utama mau rubuh, regulasi manajemen tidak jelas dan dilempar-lempar.

Good location, Good Apartment, Spacious Apartment Room (512 room). A little bit dirty so I need to re-clean it by myself. The apartment facility especially the pool is lack of maintenance so the water is dirty and only 25 % of the pool is usable. Most of the facility are unable to be used because it has been abandoned. The apartment building are lovely but lac of maintenance. I'd rather to try another apartment rather than stay here again but if it fits your budget, the location is your objective then you should stay here.
