Clean room, good facilities, very good service, happy for 3 days there, the location is also very strategic.

During check-in and check-out times, the elevator queues are too crowded, which is quite uncomfortable.

Still in the same area as Sleeping Lion, walking distance to the Pavillion/TRX mall

The infinity pool is the kids' favorite, with a view from above, it's cool.

The staff apartment is super good, the rooms are quite spacious, maybe it can accommodate 6-8 people.

The place is very comfortable, clean and easy to access and close to everywhere. The owner is kind and friendly

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is strategic. The only suggestion is to add an elevator or have another solution, so that at check out time we fought for the elevator, there are only 4 doors, it is not efficient with the number of rooms and floors available, I was worried about being late to the airport. Yesterday's experience waiting for the elevator in line for more than 1 hour 🥺, fortunately the elevator was opened for employees so we entered the elevator for officers/employees

Comfortable room and good apartment facilities. Good service. The only downside is that the room is not soundproof so there is noise from the next room. Thank you

The location is close to the pavilion and trx mall. The room is clean. There is an extra mattress, suitable for those traveling in a group.
