Bad review for this hotel. The receptionist was not on standby so customers had to wait. The window in the room could not be locked because it was broken. The hotel tried to find another room but it turned out there was no lock handle on the window either.

According to the price, for the family type it is cheap, but the AC is not cold enough for a large room, the electricity is not powerful enough so turning on the AC and water heater immediately goes down. The sheets are dull in color between white and cream. The bathroom smells of mold, but there are many food stalls around it.

Untuk harga segitu cukup kurang si, kebersihannya 4/10 untuk sprei nya apalagi. Kecewa banget pas tau perlengkapan seperti handuk dan sikat giginya, sikat giginya posisinya sudah terbuka dan pastanya sudah tidak ada. Jadi berfikir ini sprei cuma di rapihin atau di ganti karena emang warnanya butek banget🥹. Shower ga bisa nyala. Remot AC ga bisa, remot tv pun juga ga bisa. Bagian kunci yang nempel di pintu kamar juga udah rusak. Untuk harga 300 sangat-sangat ga worth it. Tolong di perbaiki lagi.

Not friendly at all, looks arrogant, dirty bathroom, clogged sink. My advice. Be polite and courteous when talking to customers!

Clean comfortable. But the towels don't smell good, the bathroom also smells a bit like cigarettes.

Dirty and doesn't match the price, facilities are lacking and rubbish isn't picked up. Room service is very bad.

Not recommended, service is not friendly, cleanliness is not maintained, when I complained about room cleanliness but was answered that the room cleaning schedule was every 2 days, so there was no change of towels and so on, while I stayed for 3 nights, the lock sensor was broken so every time If you want to enter your room, you have to ask the hotel to open the door with a master key, but the hotel also serves you unfriendly and even seems like you are complaining.

Comfortable accommodation that needs an investment injection to replace bed sheets, pillows, towels, curtains, room keys & repaint the walls. Good location although the curfew rules are confusing (because it is in a residential complex). Many people sell market snacks & wedang around the inn in the morning, so breakfast is no problem. Will stay here again if the bed linen and other things have been changed. The pointillism style of painting is beautiful.
