The cleanliness is not taken care of, all kinds of dirty things are not replaced. The rules beat a 4-star hotel, even though they have an ID card deposit, they are also asked to deposit 100. Even a hotel like Horison is not asked for a deposit. The staff also has bad service

I wanted to check in at 12 o'clock but it was already locked, even though the previous day the gate wasn't even locked past 12 o'clock, so it was a waste.

It's cheap, but... The stairs up are dirty, the dust is very thick, and when you get to the top you're greeted by a large bag of garbage that hasn't been thrown away.
