the service is good and the room is also good for travelers, it's just that I ordered a 1 bed but was given a twin bed

The hotel area needs attention, in the corridor, the kitchen needs to be tidied up, so it doesn't look haphazard. The parking area needs to be a bit brighter at night

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful upon check-in. The facilities provided were also complete, there was a shared kitchen, prayer room, and prayer equipment. The room was quite clean, but when I entered there was a towel that seemed to be used between the drawer & door that was probably missed during cleaning, the bathroom was clean but the water was stagnant and took quite a long time to disappear. Information on access to the hotel also needs to be updated on Google, because at first I got lost because on Google the hotel information was on the side of the road, but it turned out I had to go through another road first to get to the hotel.

I relocated due to technical reasons as infomation I've got a day before. Accommodation was very bad and unsimilar but the rate/price didn't adjusted. Bad experience

Cheap hotel with a natural and clean atmosphere.

The water is not strong when I want to take a shower in the morning. It could be a concern for the management to improve it.

Comfortable atmosphere because the location is quiet. The room is neat and even complete with drinks, tissues, trash cans and a relaxing table that can be used to do assignments or work. Makes you feel at home and don't want to go home.

It would be nice if rice boxes were provided every morning so that customers don't have to go out early to look for breakfast and the yard had a canopy added to it so that vehicles don't get exposed to heat and rain. Everything is OK 😍.
