No complaints. Very comfortable and very nice and spacious room.

The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. The table where we ate breakfast was not cleared for at least an hour while other guests passed by and had to eat near it. I asked her for assistance to get my bag down the step and she told me it was not her job, but she took it down. I asked her her name and she refused to tell me. All the other ladies had their name displayed by the front desk. She was borderline rude and NOT helpful at all.

Check in was received with warm welcome and assisted with the surrounding area of the city. Thank you Iryna! 🙏

Good Hotel with Breakfast I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for a good night’s rest. One of the highlights was the breakfast: a generous selection of fresh and tasty food, with something for everyone. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was well organized. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you value a good start to your day!

The staff were friendly and really helpful. They made us up a breakfast pack on the first day and opened breakfast early on the Sunday as we had to leave early to catch a train. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Kladno.

We stayed in room 17 for 1 night. The room was big enough for two people. There were 2 single beds that were quite comfortable, but there were extra pillows. We didn't turn on the TV. So, I don't know which channels were available. The bathroom was also quite big, but no branded toiletries were available. The main issue was the noise; we could very easily hear other guests in their rooms and walking down the hallway. The room was absolutely not soundproofed. If you're a light-sleeper, you will struggle to sleep well at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was served in the basement. Obviously, there were no windows and the whole area was a bit gloomy. The breakfast food was very basic. Yes, there was a bit of everything, but it all looked stale, old, and even the packaged items seemed to have been of low quality. There was no coffee machine. The other thing that truly irritated us is that we had booked this hotel on Expedia, but the hotel didn't charge our card. So, we had to reenter our card details on the hotel's online portal in order to pay and generate PIN codes to enter the hotel and our room. Overall, we don't recommend this hotel. It's of low quality while the price is quite high for the Kladno area.

It was a very clean hotel well looked after and updated. Good location by bus stop . My room was right by bus stop so people talked all night outside . But other then that it was great

Lovely room, great value for the price we paid. However the hotel no longer accepts pets (hopefully the details have been updated on Hotels.com) so we were a little alarmed when they told us. Luckily when they realized the information was incorrect, they allowed our dog for the night, but it left us feeling worried. Also, there was a lot of noise from the hallway in the evening.

this hotel is not good for availibilty and is far from to city center of prague.

Lobby area and hotel in general is pleasant with nice decor. The room itself was basic although comfortable enough although I did not feel it was worth 1850 CZK per night, especially as the walls seem to be very thin and we could hear everything the German youths in the next room were saying and doing until 2230 when we had to be up at 0400!! We have a young child and so needed to put her to sleep and order room service. Initially the receptionist agreed when we checked in but when the food was ready, she stated that we must eat downstairs and not in our room. When we explained that our baby was already asleep she grudgingly agreed to let us take it up to our room but we then had to return the dirty plates downstairs when we had finished. This was at about 1930 in the evening so not particularly late and very strange for a 3* hotel!

Very friendly, nice quiet room, plenty of parking in front of hotel. Fairly easy to find even without sat nav. wifi was also available gratis.

Got.a beautiful attic room. Breakfast was great. I would definitely come nack here.
