Stay was good no issues encountered Checking process was smooth and very willing staff to help.

Location is awesome.but hotel itself is not kept in good condition.it’s ok for one night stay but won’t recommend for family stay and if you are planning to spend 2-3 nights in Prague.

We were fortunately able to stay here after our booking wasn’t “processed” in their system (even though they had already charged me) not sure if that was the hotel’s fault or the website but I assume the former. Breakfast was alright. Friendly staff. Dirty sheets. Very creaky bed and floors. Conveniently close to metro.

The hotel is in a great area and the staff was friendly and helpful. But the hotel is dated, worn and not clean. They cleaned but it’s not clean. No A/c but they did provide a fan.

One of the receptionist is easily get frustrated. Our room has a bug on the bed. Pricey for what we pay for, compared to what’s around the same area. No Air condition for the price that we pay. The room looks really old. Not to mention the construction that’s going on in front of the hotel. (Construction noise starts at 6:00 am

really worh it for the Price and is close to everywhere for sure im going to stay again there.and breaksfast was nice, :)

The staff were friendly. It was close to the National Theatre too and just a short walk back to the hotel after watching the opera. It is also close to the metro station which is on the same line going back to the airport. All in all, good location and good price. The slight downside was that my room was facing the main road so it was a bit noisy when trams going past...

Enjoyed staying here overall, although beds are more like cots and not very comfortable to sleep.

The room is spacious because we are given a 5 beds' room (booked a triple room). Since the room is facing the tramway, it's very noisy even at nighttime. Need to have earplug if open the window while sleeping. The breakfast is good. Location is very convenience. It's just a minute to the metro and within walking distance to all major sightseeing. The staff is friendly too.

Great location and quite comfortable budget hotel. The staff was very nice and it is conveniently located near a metro station. It's just a short 4 minute walk to central old town.

Stayed for one night as a solo traveller. Had a 6 bed dorm room all to myself :) Quite easy to find, near the old town for sight seeing. On a street with several convenience stores, takeaway shops and resteraunts. Room itself was extremely spacious, overlooking the quiet street. Small entry hall and small bathroom though. And the floor squeaked when walking - a bit of character! WIFI worked well, passcode needed to access rooms gives an extra sense of security. Had a good/average stay overall.

Huge room clean room. Great location to walk everywhere and staff friendly.

This is a good place to stay if you're on a budget. The breakfast and wifi were great, and the hotel is right near food places, a mall, and public transportation. The hotel is pretty outdated, but kept up with well. The staff was helpful.

Superb location good value for money

A great location for those who want to be downtown but on a budget.

The room was spacious with extra beds in it even though I booked for just one person so that was a nice surprise. However, I booked a non-smoking room and this one reeked of it! Also, they had you check out two large remote controllers for an old TV and Cable Box that didn't work. Not that I wasted time watching TV anyway but still, you'd expect them to work. The staff were helpful and courteous enough although the reception area did smell a bit weird. Overall, the hotel was just outdated but it was comfortable and the bathroom was nice so I gave it an average rating. It's in a great location for eating, drinking, shopping, and sightseeing so if you aren't picky it isn't a bad place at all.

Gut gefallen hat uns die Lage . Alles zentral gelegen. Frühstück war nichts besonderes aber war ausreichend. Betten waren bequem. Wasserkocher war vorhanden. Restaurants und Bars gab es an jeder Ecke . Nicht gefallen hat uns : Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind sehr laut . Im Badezimmer lagen noch Haare auf dem Boden und die Dusche war sehr grenzwertig und gehört erneuert. Ein neuer Anstrich im Zimmer würde gut tun . Zum schlafen reicht es zu, aber zum wohlfühlen würde ich was anderes empfehlen. Aber für den Preis kann man nicht viel erwarten.
