the room was very clean, bathroom nicely tiled, and was spacious - hot water to shower was abundant. Parking was good and the owner allowed me to park on the hotel's front driveway. Very close to banks. GRA is one straight drive on camp street. I didn't like the breakfast - only took the breakfast one day - the other days I ate out (not a problem for me)

The hotel doesn't have an elevator and have no one to help you assist with your luggage. The breakfast was a disappointment. The staff needs a little improvement in hospitality.

Yes they served continental breakfast all freshly prepared and the service was woth a smile always

I was disappointed with breakfast, no variety; eggs and sausage, bake and Saltfish, eggs and plantain, tuna/ cheese sandwiches, tea coffee or mixed juice, melon, pineapple each on specific mornings. No cereal boxed/cooked, no pancakes, no choice in the preparation of eggs (fried sunny side up, boiled, poached) just scrambled. I am of the opinion that having paid for breakfast one should be given the opportunity to chose what they preferred.

Staff were great. The location was a ghetto place. The room needs the work done. I found used big towels on the back of the door bathroom from other client. I killed 4 cockroaches running around my room. I need to make sure my suitcases are shut coz I do not wanna bring them in my country. The area was not safe to walk around after 6 pm. Party and loud music at night so better bring a noice cancellation earphones.

Bath carpet was dirty. Staff was kind , hotel has good condition close ro regent street and almost everything.

Blessed Be Year. I stayed at this property from January 8-1, 2026 in the Royale Suite. The check in and check out was seamless. Breakfast was adequate and authentic to the Guyanese culture. The workers were respectful and cordial. The negatives for me was walking five flights of stairs everytime I had a visitor or ventured out. Bring on the fifth floor I dodged the full impact of the bullet (noise nuisance) during a birthday party was held on the ground floor. Since it's not the worst I works recommend the hotel.

The room was right next to the dining area and it was noisy from 6am. Also I booked a room for $87 USD but was charged $98

Many things were different from past stays at this hotel,no dresser in room to store items,no tag in room like do not disturb,or please clean this room,etc-in 7 days the room was cleaned once because I called and requested to front desk,bar and upstairs restaurant never open. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed myself ordering food that was delivered from local restaurants or a staff member bought it and brought it to me when I ask them to.Many things could be improved but it served my purpose and I left smiling.

Generally the service all over was excellent, just as expected, this was my third visit there.
