AC wasn't turned on for the season. Right next to the train tracks. Bed was like sleeping on a pallet. Room was very dusty. Staff was great and the breakfast was surprisingly good.

The rooms were themed a little tired tbh. Not that exciting. The hotel had a nice vibe and the pool Jacuzzi and Sauna were great. Really good breakfast. It was overpriced and not worth the extra money.

Loved the hotel! It's very unique. The guy at the reception was also very friendly and helpful! Only a small walk from the lakeside with bars, restaurants and everything else you want! Highly recommended.

Beautiful and quirky hotel in a great position. Staff were great and let us check in early and gave us a choice of rooms. Pool and spa were lovely and clean.

Great service, creativly decorated rooms, awesome breakfast, very nice spa ... the only negative is hearing people next door ... the sound insulation between rooms is really week.

We encountered a problem at the hotel but it was resolved immediately. Very well handled by the staff. On arrival we were given a choice of rooms. Very helpful staff. Will return in the future

Definitely not a 4* hotel... rooms are old and family suite is way too expensive - quality vs. money is realy out of game.Breakfast are good!

Interesting design if you're into eclectic (but not necessary tasteful) decor... The spa area is pleasantly kitsch and the overall experience is a good one. I would recommend this hotel, just make sure you ask for a room opposite the train station as there are announcements all night that might keep you awake...

Room was very hot and we were told they would not turn the air conditioning on because it would cool down at night. IT DIDN'T, IT WAS MISERABLY HOT ALL NIGHT.

It's not a good idea go to Siofok at this time. There were no people, no parties, just a lazy lakeside town. The hotel was ok, close to everything; the room was quiet.

Strange design. Hotel was in a good location. Condition and the cleaning were okay at best. Good service but for the price that I paid, I should have found something better, not a great value.

This hotel is unique and very comfortable. The spa area is outstanding. The rooms are all different in style and size. The breakfast buffet is average but all you really need. Cloe to the bus and train station and also a short walk to the center park and shopping area. We stay here again for sure.

Pros: The wellness center is awesome (pool, Jacuzzi, saunas, fitness, etc.), located very close to the city center, breakfast is very generous and delicious, very fast Wi-Fi connection, free private parking, the service is pretty good and all our requests were taken care of quickly. Cons: the hotel is located just aside the rails and you can hear the noise of the passing trains (including the night trains), the rooms are very (!) small and all you have is a very narrow passage between the bed and the table (if you put you suitcase on the floor - you cannot enter the room), the TV has only Hungarian speaking channels (you have to ask for a special TV box that allow you to watch other channels, but it's not always available), generally the room looks clean, but I had used Cola bottles under my bed.

The Hotel was very clean, the staff were great and very friendly. Decent price considering location. My only problem was the air conditioner was not adequate to cool the room to my satisfaction and due to the location of the railway, it can be rather loud dring the early morning.

The hotel was very welcoming after a long hot drive. It has a spa and pool which are open until 10pm - just what we needed! The staff were extremely friendly and took time to show us all the facilities and then we were able to choose one of two rooms. We chose the Retro room - very close to the spa and with an enormous bed and TV. The bathroom area was a little small, but fine for an overnight stay. There was secure free parking which was unexpected and very useful. The hotel is very close to a central square in Siofok, which was a short walk away and had a great restaurant and lots going on. The hotel was a 5 minute walk away, but far enough not to hear the night life from the square. The hotel has a lounge area with mini-bar and free tea and coffee, and cold water. The buffet breakfast was very good. We would stay here again if we returned to Siofok.
