The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view over the fields and town of Zeltweg, to the mountains in the distance. The staff were polite and the breakfast was excellent as was the food in the restaurant. I would have given this hotel five stars, however contacting anyone "after hours" was extremely difficult. My key card stopped working, unfortunately on a Tuesday night when the restaurant is closed. I came back from dinner at 8:30 pm and found the reception was closed and I could not get hold of anyone to fix the key card or let me into my room. The telephone numbers provided did not work and there was no bell push or button at reception to call anyone. Fortunately, after two hours of trying to get hold of someone on the phone, another guest tried sending a message on Whatsapp and that managed to get the owner to come and fix the keycard problem. That was really not acceptable and spoiled an otherwise excellent stay.

Beautiful place to stop by. The staff are excellent, friendly and polite. The breakfast is for a king, just the best.

This is my new favourite place to stay when I am at the Red Bull Ring. Delightful service, a beautiful property with upscale fittings and furnishings. Very comfortable, extremely peaceful.

Having worked in the hospitality industry in Austria, I know what to expect, but this still exceeded my expectations. The value for money is exceptional and no detail is spared. Perfect for a one night stay for a business trip and would also be perfect for a long weekend or during the F1 race for example. The views from the balcony were amazing.

Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Top Zimmer mit Liebe eingerichtet. Große Badewanne mit einem Sternenhimmel. Dusch“Kabine“ mit 4 m2. Parkplätze vor der Haustür.

La vasca senza tenda e vetro è poco pratica perchè in 5 minuti si allaga tutto. Le stanze all’ultimo piano (sottotetto) sono molto calde e se si lasciano le finestre aperte entrano gli insetti.

Bedienpersonal (Mann) war eine Katastrophe

Wenn man vom Zimmer 106 abends rausgeht dauert es 2 Zimmer lang bis der bewegungsmelder reagiert und Licht angeht. PS Frische Langsemmeln wären noch toll gewesen. Ansonsten nettes Personal.

Countryside hotel. Structure totally rebuilt in 2002. I stayed in the "Chalet", a separate fully refurbished building with excellent rooms (very large, comfy and noiseless). The only minus is the internet; wifi not working at all. Great breakfast in the main building as well as the restaurant with typical dishes.
