Amazing hotel, friendly staff and superb breakfast. Actually breakfast was the best thing about it. But also modern and clean rooms. Surely will come back at some point.

Great little hotel-good food, excellent rooms and good location

Lovely hotel but if you are expecting to eat there thy are closed thursday and sunday and nothing opened in the village its a ghost town

There was no air conditioning in the room, so we opened the windows, since it was warm. The next thing I knew, there were bees flying in our room. There are also NO shades on the windows, so you wake up with the sun shining in your face. It’s one of the few places we stayed without free breakfast...even a cup of coffee in the room had a fee charge. They don’t charge for Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, it wasn’t working.

A hidden gem of a hotel-great rooms, good restaurant, great breakfast and friendly staff.

This hotel is a hidden treasure - breakfast is unbelievable, the rooms spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The location of the hotel is convenient from the highway. And is not very far from the downtown. The room was well furnished and clean, further more VERY quiet in the night time. People of reception, operation and restaurant were all friendly and kind. As many people wrote, breakfast served was kind of the best food in this area. This is obviously the best hotel in this area. I am sure to go back. Jun

This hotel is very beautiful and the restaurant is very good, and high end. We booked a 3 bed suite and our room was in a different building behind the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast that was included with our room was incredible with a very large selection of items. Only reason neighborhood got 4 stars was that the area we had to wheel our bags from our car to the room was down an alley area where other houses were out enjoying the night. This wouldn't affect me staying again by no means, but felt it was the only black mark.

Very good hotel overall. Good room size, great staff, good meals in their restaurant. Would stay there again on another trip.

Can't recommend staying while Festspiel is on. Rooms in new build have paper thin walls - can hear all around & are v small (can't swing a cat!). Hotel struggled to cope with b'fast...short on staff & v slow to respond.

Room was big and clean. Bed was comfy. You must try the restaurant, It was so good and price was low.

We stayed a week beginning of July 2014. The bill was for 1800€. At check out I mentioned that I had not had the breakfast buffet two of the mornings. I had asked the staff in advance if I could just have a coffee and a croissant which they said was fine at 4€ instead of 10€. However the manager insisted that if I had touched the breakfast buffet I needed to pay the full 10€. I don't care about the 2x6€ difference but the owners insistence was fierce and to me it was a matter of principal. Had the staff told me I still would have had to pay 10€ that would have been perfectly fine. I would probably had walked across the street for my coffee. This resulted in a shouting match taking place in the lobby and other guests were clearly uncomfortable. The owner was very impolite and angry and told me, amongst other things, that I was stingy and that 12€ must be a lot of money to me (not in an ironic tone). I was outraged and the owner insistent. After asking for the breakfast staff to verify she finally reluctantly conceded. The check out experience left me extremely disappointed and I will never stay there again. A place where the owner is this narrow minded and finds this row worth while will poison the atmosphere of the hotel.

the internet did not do justice to this hotel it was a lot more than we expected for the price would be a great place for romantics more aforadable than switerland great place great breakfast

Great staff. Great breakfast buffet. Price was very reasonable. Marketplatz was a short ride. Only critique was the free Internet was down.

Fantastisch hotel! Heerlijke grote schone kamer en voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Ik vond diner erg duur en de gastvrouw niet echt representatief. Kon geen lachje vanaf, geen interactie en ze stond binnen 1 minuut 2x aan mijn tafel of ik wilde bestellen (beetje opdringerig.) Presentatie van de Schnitzel.......in een een of andere stelage met 2 door de midden gesneden aardappelen en een heel klein schaaltje met salade. Dit doet mijn inziens afbreuk aan de accomedatie. Docht diner smaakte prima. Ontbijt was waanzinnig. Wat een keuze. Echt super! Ik kom zeker terug!

Mein Zimmer im 3. OG, Nr. 19, lag leider direkt zur Haupt-, bzw. Durchgangsstraße hinaus, und es war bis in die Nacht hinein (2-3Uhr)sehr laut. Von Passanten, die sich unterhalb meines Fensters auf dem Gehweg unterhielten konnte ich jedes Wort verstehen. Als ich nach zwei Nächten bei der Abreise meinen Kummer kund tat, wurde mir an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass ich bereits bei der Buchung hätte mitteilen müssen, dass ich ein ruhiges Zimmer wünsche!! Ich glaube nicht, dass es viele Gäste gibt, die sich ein lautes Zimmer wünschen? Das bedeutet, wer immer vorher Ansprüche stellt und gleich nörgelt, wenn ihm etwas nicht passt kommt weiter, somit war ich selbst schuld laut Hotel. Sonst war das Personal sehr nett und das Frühstück war super!!
