Very nice! Amazing service! Very well located!

Hotel is in an excellent location, just steps from Mozart Square and the rest of the old town.15 minute walk to Mirabell. Our room was a "suite" which appeared to be one of the largest rooms in the hotel (according to the fire evacuation plan room map) Excellent European style breakfast buffet. Excellent breakfast servce. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. Room was comfortable, with in room fridge, nice bathroom and amentities, beautiful hardwood floors with herringbone pattern), and very comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. The street in front of the hotel has limited vehicle access, and almost all of this is in the daytime. Remember this is an OLD building. As other sites have noted, there may be difficulties for individuals with mobility issues. But, if you can manage one short step (at three locations on the first floor) you should be fine. There is an elevator even though it has a single step to get into it on the first floor.

Nice location in old town, easy walk to everything. Comfortable room though on the small side and bathroom not fully private. Access by car and parking was painful compared to most hotels but they made it as easy as they could considering the hotel is in a pedestrian area.

Comfortable stay in an historic building of the old town. Best aspect was the delicious breakfast in a cozy setting.

The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking of the major sites. Staff is friendly and the hotel is super clean.

The hotel was very quaint, had alot of charm, rooms are a good size. Excellent location. Staff wax more than accommodating. I’m from California and would strongly recommend this Boutique Hotel😊👍

This property is in a unique building dating to 1429, walking distance to Mozartplatz. The room was spacious, the bathroom well-designed, and the daily breakfast delicious.

Highly recommend this small but delightful family-run hotel, very well situated in Salzburg and within easy walking distance of the Hohensalzburg Fortress and the Mirabell gardens, as well as several good restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful, delivering service with a smile and graciousness. The hotel serves excellent breakfast in a beautiful room, so don't miss out on this.

This was a lovely hotel in the old town of Salzburg. It was an easy bus ride from the train station. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very modern. The breakfast room was extremely charming. The white table cloths and flowers on every table gave it a special feeling. The food was excellent and there was a wide variety to choose from. I felt like I was truly getting the Salzburg old town treatment.

As a tourist, I could not have found a better location to stay in Salzburg. It was within walking distance to every important sight in the city. Loved being so close to the fortress, the little shops and restaurants, a block away from the river... They have a nice breakfast with great pastries and spreads. Surprisingly it was super quiet as well. Top choice!

Stayed for 2 nights over the Easter weekend, and woke up to a delightful easter basket on Easter morning. It was a lovely surprise. The interior was tastefully decorated, and the bed was comfy. However, I think the highlight would be the breakfast in the morning, which had the coziest setting, and the most delicious essentials. The hotel staff were attentive as always and it was a very restful weekend recharge for me. I'll definitely be back, thank you!

Great location in old Town perfect for Christmas market. Modern clean room and really friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent and food presentation was like a work of art! Bravo.
