This is an absolute gem! A precious hotel with warm and friendly staff. This 15 room property is clean and charming and on a quiet street but in the middle of all the old world streets. Breakfast was delicious.

This hotel was within walking distance of everything. Great location. Room was perfect and well decorated. Great AC. The hotel is small so breakfast room was cozy. This is a good thing. Your eggs were custom made for you. Our transfer to train station never posted. Staff was very helpful in getting us a taxi pronto. No complaints here. Make the reservation.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for the Christmas market and walking around Old Town. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was large and comfortable. We thought we were booking a room with a large sofa but it turned out to be a room with a giant tub taking up far too much space in the middle of the room. We might have chosen differently had we known that since we wanted to be able to spread out a bit during our stay. Otherwise we had a nice stay.

Staff were so welcoming and helpful to provide tips of where to go and what to see during our visit. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Salzburg, steps away from all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious, modern and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning again soon!

Very friendly staff and an arms length from the Christmas market. Rooms were spotless and this old building has been carefully modernized keeping its old charm in place.
