Very spacious room with plenty of amenities. Within easy walking distance of Woolworths and many other shops. Alison was very friendly and helpful at check-in.

Great option for a business trip to Emerald. Bed was a bit soft and a bit like sleeping in a hammock but overall a great stay with friendly staff.

It was clean and spacious, had everything we needed. The bed was very soft, not very supportive for a bad back.

Apartment was fully equipped with a large 2 door fridge. Car access was convenient, quiet and undercover which is very much appreciated in the hot parts of Australia. Gardens beautful. Good bed and bath linen. The laundry was a bonus, although we did not need to use it, coffee machine very welcome. Had to phone to check in but the Manager responded immediately.

Parking right in front of the accom, very friendly employees

Emerald Inn by travellers was so clean, the kitchen was perfect, the gardens surrounding the accommodation were so well maintained and the rooms were nice and private and we felt safe and welcomed. Definitely our new place to stay when we travel to Emerald for rugby comps!

This was by far the best place to stay in Emerald, No one could’ve been more accommodating, friendly and helpful than Alison, thank you for making our stay fabulous. We will definitely be back 😬

This property was very clean and well maintained. Staff were welcoming and it was a very welcome stop to break up a long road trip.
