Spacious very clean room, right in the centre of Mt Gambier. Excellent breakfast and close to shops, tourist spots and excellent restaurwsnt such as the Barn.

Room is good and clean. They renovated about 2 years ago. The hotel is an old building and has a lot of character.

The Mount Gambier Hotel is very centrally located with friendly staff that provide great service. Large luxurious room with nice decor, comfortable bed with a spacious bathroom. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in. We were extremely happy with our dinner, best chicken Parma, and the chicken kebab was an absolute show stopper! Could not fault a single thing, highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Mount Gambier

Love this hotel. The rooms are lovely, the staff are cheerful/friendly, the food in the bistro is great. Only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because we wound up in a room without a window - you probably never think it’s an issue until it happens. 😂

Poor service. Would not provide a refund despite extreme circumstances - our car broke down in the rain on the way to the hotel and they just chose to hide behind the fact that it was booked through Expedia and their “strict cancelation policy”
