Very convenient location minutes away from train station. Very congested area, older area. Room was nice size, nice bathroom. Broken light next to bed, older outlets no USB. No hand soap no body was though there was a container in the shower, there was shampoo. There was a lot of noise inside until 10 pm then settled down. No refreshment or snack vending machine. Check in was fast but didn't help with bags and disappeared quickly after. Bed was big, but hard. Was ok for a night but the area worried me as a solo traveler.

We chose the hotel for proximity to the train station because we were just staying 1 night before going on the train. Wasn't expecting much for the price, but we were pleasantly surprised that the room was clean and quiet and ready for us to check in early when we arrived. A little far to walk to the centre, but the tram stop is just out front. Overall would rate it 7/10.

I don’t like to write a bad reviews for any business that’s why I put 5 starts, but obviously it is not a 5 start review. Everything was ok, staff was nice to me, the only problem is a smell, very bad smell, I asked to change the room and staff denied to change the room and told me there is no room available, but then I showed a mold on a sealing and that small was obviously from that mold, I couldn’t describe how bad was that smell. And only after that they found the room for me, very clean, no smell, and I was satisfied and happy. It’s only because I showed the mold and its very serious health/safety violation they don’t want to deal with Belgium health department

The staff was so nice they waited for me to arrive at 11pm helped with my bags so accommodating the lady in the morning was nice as well great hotel near bus and train station tram stop is close by too

The room was freezing cold with little heat!! The bathroom didn’t supply basic hand soap to wash hands. Sheets had body fluids and had to be changed.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Was very close to the train station, shopping, restaurants

This hotel is conveniently located steps from the major train station which made it so easy to travel to other cities. The area was safe, the room was quiet, only slight noise from when a train passed by but we did not mind at all. The owner of the inn was very kind and thoughtful. We recommend!

It was noisy and the staff were not there most of the time, but other than that it was a great and affordable option to stay.

Rooms are exposed to a lot of noise because of train and close proximity to other rooms, other guests were watching TV loudly at 2 Am.

Very good access to the station, however staff did not speak English so it was hard to communicate. No elevator, so keep in mind if you have a heavy luggage. The sink in the room was so miniature, that it was hard to even wash the face. On the positive side, there are public rental bikes parking spots nearby, so very convenient to ride somewhere if the destination is not too far. There was a weird smell in the lobby, but in the room it was okay.

Our stay was okay, but there were a few issues. The carpet in the room seemed dirty, and the ventilator didn’t work well, so the room stayed humid after showering. The sink was quite small, and soundproofing was lacking—we could hear people talking in the hallway at night. We also noticed some stains on the bedsheet, and the passing trains made it hard to fall asleep. Overall, the location is convenient, but the room could use some improvements for comfort.

Somewhat older hotel, close to the railway (so you will hear the trains from time to time). Very nice & helpful staff.

The hotel is lovely, we stayed in the first floor, everything was clean, near the station and it’s very easy to get to the town center. We had a great time here

Very pleasant hotel but the one downside was my room backed onto the railway line and gave quite a disturbed night sleep
