The room and amenities were good. Air conditioning in the shared dorm. Bathroom was a bit tight and living quarters had sufficient seating. Kitchen had free water dispenser and utensils to use if you wanted to cook. Walking distance to pigeon point beach and Nelson's dockyard But it's definitely a budget option. Don't expect anything too special.

The hostel did not have A/C, the bathrooms were at the end of the hallway, however there was a shower stall in the room, and there was a very transited road in front of the hostel making it noisy at nite. Also, the hostel was full of young people that would come in at all hours of the nite and talking very loudly when they arrived.

I always have a lovely stay at the Waterfront Inn. Simple and inexpensive but can’t beat the friendly staff and location.

This is a place has your typical hostel needs well covered. The common area is super pleasant, it's in a terrace, so there's no lingering kitchen smells. I got a private room, it had bunk full size beds,it was comfortable. There was a shower and a sink. There's not hot water, but you really don't need it, in Antigua, even the rain feels warm.

If you like taking cold showers and enjoy getting run over by speeding drivers outside your hostel door, this is the place for you.

I had a wonderful stay here. Very nice location and safe area. A lot of places are within walking distance. First class to Kim for making my vacation extra special. She is the best!

Location is good,the outside of property is much better than the inside.Rooms lack basic amenities,eg.toilet,A/C,safety box, refrigerator,TV,soap....TMTM.

I loved the ease of everything on this property. The lockers have hooks so you can use your own personl lock to secure your stuff. There a doctors office on site to get your covid test before you fly back into the US. They even do your laundry and fold it for a small fee (around $13). The manager if most helpful if there is anything you need to know around the island she will guide you and help you with a huge smile on her face. I have been to many hostels before and this is my favorite one.

The on site staff (I mainly interacted with Kim) is fantastic, & they do an amazing job at keeping the property looking great. However, be aware, that when it says a superior room is "bathroom & shower", it is only a shower & a sink; THERE IS NO TOILET IN THE ROOM. This was not a huge deal; it's just when you think when you're getting your own bathroom & don't have one, it is a bit of a disappointment. Also, it says that a superior room has air conditioning, & we did not have air conditioning; there was a ceiling fan & floor fan instead. If you have a rental car, you need to find off-site parking, which was not an issue, but just know not to look for a parking lot to pull into. It is a beautiful, open patio; we watched NYE fireworks from there bc we did not want to be around crowds bc of COVID, & it was a fantastic view. Also, very convenient location to walk everywhere; we did not get into our car once while we were there.

Maybe because there was only one other guest there during my stay,but I thought it was great, very convenient, close to many restaurants, the kitchen facilities were great. A quick walk to Nelsons dockyard , grocery store was about 1km away

Single rooms are adequate for an inexpensive stay, but the real PLUS is the open front porch and eating area. An excellent place to gather and meet folks at night. easy walk to the harbor and neighboring bars and restaurants. Very nice staff and owners.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the waterfront Inn Hotel both before and after my RYA sailing course in Antigua. The experience was fantastic with such a great location, clean and tidy with great views of the Marina. It is literally on the doorstep of everything that is happening in that part of Antigua. The owners of the hostel are so friendly and helpful being a wealth if knowledge on the area. The international mixture of guests of all ages makes the communal areas and fully equipped kitchen a hive of relaxed conversations and trip planning. With plenty of space on the elevated terrace area to find a space to work, just chill out alone using the fast internet or grab a book from the collection and lose an hour or two. I really enjoyed my stay there and look forward to my next visit. Carl

La chambre, très exiguë n'a qu'une fenêtre donnant sur le couloir, pas d'eau chaude et même l'eau froide ne coule pas fort, n'espérez pas plus qu'un filet d'eau. Le lieu est extrêmement bruyant avec des gens qui font la fête tous les soirs, toute la nuit, discussions, musique, alcool et drogue! Impossible de dormir correctement. Les portes sont claquées constamment à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit, les murs sont en carton. L'espace commun reste sale tous les jours malgré le ménage qui est fait tous les matins. L'état des canapés et fauteuils est lamentable tout comme la cuisine commune. A fuir absolument.

La chambre etait en bon etat mais il n'y avait pas d'eaux chaude malheureusement et il faisais trop chaud car pas de climatisation !
