Everything was perfect, specially the ladys in the counters, extremely nice and polite

Loved the welcome of staffs the two ladies were amazing they just didn't know what happened to the driver who was suppose to pick us up we just took the cab! Had to extend 2 days more loved cochabamba and people are so friendly

It was my first time visiting Bolivia and the hotel made it so easy the ladies in there are amazing as soon as we got there they welcomed us with smile we didn't had to take bags to our room the bell boy took it they both spoke English any question or ask for cab they help right away! Everything is walking distance! It was hard to say goodbye! I recommend this hotel if i ever go again I'm staying here again. We stayed on 9th floor and the view of the christ of peace was amazing! It only serves breakfast evey morning dont know why the website says they serve lunch and dinner! They also make exception to early check-in! They offer slippers to walk in the room and replace it if needed loved staying in hotel diplomat!

Great location in the Prado which is walking distance to just about everything. Hotel is a bit older, however, it still retains the old world service and friendly attention commensurate with a full service hotel. The room was spacious with great views of city and amenities were adequate. We would certainly stay there again recommend to others.

It is a very good located hotel. Close, you can find a nice gym if you need exercise, because the hotel don't have one. Internet is acceptable. People in staff is very friendly and massage room, excellent.
