Clean and Nice size room. Lot of bars and restaurants around the hotel. Very convenient location. Little bit noise outside. Wall is not thick enough. So, you can hear next door's TV noise. We came for attending the UFV's graduation ceremony. Very cloth to UFV. Every place is walking distance. Breakfast is good. There are a lot of fresh and tasty things.

We experienced amazing hospitality and service from everyone at Alfa Hotel. The restaurant had great breakfast every day and the shrimp risotto at dinner is phenomenal. The street noise was a little loud on weekend nights but otherwise a perfect stay.

Alfa is always a nice place to stay with a good breakfast.

Great Hotel, Excelent rooms, good location, great staff

I checked in at 5am and both the first and the second room that i was given the air conditionier didnt work and i went to the third room. At breakfast i didnt have lucky either and i got a melon juice that was probably expired and the kiwi was cold and maybe frozen and i coulnt even cut it. The people at the front desk, kitchen and room service are very pleasant and friendly. Overall i wouldnt recommend it.

Essa foi nossa segunda hospedagem no hotel, novamente na suíte 903, e infelizmente a experiência foi muito decepcionante por causa da limpeza. A área da piscina da suíte estava em condições bem desagradáveis: azulejos com aparência de falta limpeza há bastante tempo, lodo no chão, rejuntes com crosta de sujeira e até um chiclete mascado na borda. O box do banheiro e os vidros também estavam visivelmente sujos. Também tivemos dificuldade para abrir as janelas da área da piscina, pois o vão por onde elas correm estava cheio de sujeira incrustada, fazendo a janela agarrar e quase não abrir. Pelo valor alto da suíte, o mínimo seria um quarto limpo. Só dei duas estrelas porque o café da manhã estava realmente delicioso, foi o único ponto positivo da estadia.

Sistema de internet do hotel péssimo, não é qualquer aprelho que acessa. Inaceitável isso em uma cidade universitária, onde os visitantes estão lá para algum evento de educação na Universidade de Viçosa. Sistema de internet de rede de hotelaria deveria ser impecável. NÃO RECOMENDO O HOTEL ALFA E A HOTELS.COM, DEVERIA MONITORAR OS HOTEIS PARCEIROS PARA VERIFICAR SE REALMENTE OS SERVIÇOS OFERECIDOS SÃO REAIS OU FALSOS.
