Extremely well positioned with views over the Danube, great place to relax after a day in the saddle

Very nice B&B, wonderful views from room. The downside to my room was that the bathroom was down the corridor, but not a shared bathroom, therefore the other rooms had en suite.

We stayed here as a stopping point for our road trip from Brussels to Budapest. We stayed two nights, once on the way to Budapest and again on the way back home to Brussels. The apartment rooms were perfect for our family of five. They were spacious and very clean. The view from our room of the Danube was beautiful especially with the fall colors in the trees. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area had large windows that overlooked the river as well and was the perfect place to enjoy the breakfast buffet with the family in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our only regret was we didn't book a longer stay here.

This B&B is located in the country between Passau and Linz. It is a bit far from everything, but the view of the Danube is magnificent. The owner serves a full breakfast fast for FOUR Euros and is helpful with limited English. Try to book room #4.

We were disappointed to discover that private bathrooms are not an en suite bathrooms. Had this been made clearer to us we would not have booked a room with a private bathroom. The room itself and breakfast were fine and location is good.

Location of the house very beautiful but hard to find. The room not clean and did not have the bathroom inside. The host very sharp in all the questions.

A little gem beside the Danube It is situated about 30 Kms north of Linz in a very small village. We spent some time walking along the river. This area has many cycling and walking tracks that follow the river on either side. The hotel is situated just off the river, up on the hill and has great views both up and down the river. Our host was very helpful and has a great dry sense of humor that we enjoyed thoroughly. If in the area again I would certainly stay here again.

It has a beautiful view on the Danube. The owner is very friendly. We arrived after 11pm and had no issues with checkin, the owner was waiting for us at the entrance. I can recommend the place for everyone.

Hotel is very nice and rooms are clean. But Host is very very very Bad and no river view as promised or tea/coffee making facility in the room. (we searched for milk in the abandoned village of Wesenufer). - tried to checkout very next day but Hotels.com couldnt find any other place for us. Breakfast was monitored and if you take more than one bread, then you are told of unless if its not his friends from Germany/Austria staying. You should eat what he keeps there, should not ask for what you like or what you want to eat for breakfast. If you dont speak the local language then, you will definitely will feel second class. And another thing we hated is that host is always around the breakfast place talking in loud voice ( may be he is old or deaf - but why should I be disturbed). Our rooms were neglected without cleaning or we had to beg for the second set of towels in 7 nights. There is a lady in kitchen helping, but she is like CCTV rather than being helpful she was obedient to the master - we were watched always - one Croissant was cut into two pieces and they would leave one on and all the tables the customers should fight for it. My friend asking for a second roll of and had been told that she had eaten too much already ( she bought 10 rolls on the last day and gifted him). Why it is advertised breakfast buffet then. But at the same time we saw other old couples ( local Germans) who stayed for few nights has been served with 3 rolls.

I found the owner to be very abrupt and demanding. In my booking we were to get a private room with amenities including kitchenette when we arrived none of this was supplied (kitchenette and amenities were communal) I did approach the owner to no avail. As we were there for 3 day no fresh toweling was provided. Does say washing and drying is available however he discourages general items underwear tops etc only allows towels for drying for which he supplies. Reason for this is shrinkage according to the owner.

The hotel is a little hard to find because the way the street names and numbers are. There are several Weseneufer streets. This one is the first on the right after the underpass coming down the hill. The hotel itself is excellent value at the price point. Sit outside and look at the Danube or just open the window.

For the price that we paid for this hotel, we were very satisfied with our stay. We loved the fact that it was off the beaten path in a quaint little town. The staff was friendly and helpful. Of course, since it is not in the city, the language of communication was German.

도나우강 뷰가 예쁩니다. 저는 1인실 썼는 데 편했어요. 버스정류장도 가깝습니다. 버스는 하루에 많이 없으니까 시간표 꼭 확인하세요. 조식도 맛있고 시설도 좋았습니다.
